Our Duties

Our duties are to:

• Coordinate all planning activities of the university.
  
  
• Strengthen and provide a central coordinating organ for the university management information system which will in turn support systematic planning and decision making in the university.
  
  
• Develop and coordinate capacity for identifying and assessing strategic resources on an ongoing basis. This will include harnessing the Alumni and creating linkages with public and private sector institutions and Grant making organizations.
  
  
• Coordinate and monitor the use of University facilities.
  
  
• Design and implement policies and programmes for effective resource mobilization.
  
  
• Keep records of institutional Grants and ensure prompt monitoring and reporting.
  
  
• Cultivate good relationship with existing and potential Fund Donors.
  
  
• Publicize the University’s strength and capabilities to find Fund Donors for research contracts.
  
  
• Source for information on Fellowship / Conferences and circulate such information to all University’s Staff periodically.
