The Association has four level of administrative structure namely:
The National Body:The National Body is the umbrella body of the Association incorprating
all branches and chapters.
The National Body has the following organs;
- The General Assembly
- Board of Trustees
- National Execute Committee
- National Consultative Council
- Branch Executive Committee
- Chapter Executive Committee
- Standing Committes
- Finance and General Purpose committee
- Development Committee
The General Assembly:is made up of the following:
- All members of the National Executive
- All members of the National Consultative Council
- All members of the Board of Trustees
- Ten (10) delegates from each State Branch
- Two (2) delegates from each Chapter
- One (1) delegate from each Foreign Branch
- A Chairman
- A Vice-Chairman
- Five full members
- A Secrary who is a non-voting member
- President
- Deputy president
- Six (6) Vice-Presidents, one elected from each of the six geo-political zones of the country
- Secretary General
- Assistant Secretary-General
- Treasurer
- Financial Secreary
- Public Relations Officer
- Social Welfare Officer
- Legal Adviser
- Internal Auditor
- Immediate Past President
- Three (3) Ex-Officio members
- All members of NEC
- The Chairman and secretary of each state Branch
- The Chairman of each Chapter
- The Chairman of each foregn BranchSecretary General
- The Chairman Alumni Co-odinating Committee
- The Alumni Liason Officer
- The President as Chairman
- The Deputy president as Vice-Chairman
- The Financial Secretary as Secretary
- The Treasurer as member
- Three (3) other members elected by the General Assembly while, the Development Committee is made up as follows:
- The Deputy President as Chairman
- One of the Vice-president as Vice-Chairman
- The Assistant Secretary General as Secretary
- Six (6) other members elected by the General Assembly
Ad-Hoc Committees may be appointed at the discretion of the NEC from time to time to deal with specific issues as may be appropriete.
